XPayBack is an online platform that enables the promotion of various deals offered by merchants on their respective products and services. The following terms and conditions apply to all deals on our website, unless otherwise stated in the deal's fine print:

• Each voucher has an expiration date specified on it.
• Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash back.
• Other offers cannot be combined with the voucher.
• You must provide the voucher code to avail the deal.
• Booking, reservations, and changes are subject to availability.
• The voucher must be redeemed in a single visit, unless otherwise specified.
• Vouchers can only be redeemed after the customer's identity has been verified (including photo ID proof, if required).
• XPayBack voucher holders are subject to the same local/national laws and rules as regular customers, such as dress codes and restrictions on intoxicants.
• Merchants are solely responsible for any taxes levied on the services/products provided and must provide a sales invoice to the customer for the services/products sold.

For deals on food and beverages that include drinks:

• Drinks will be served on all valid option days, except on days where alcohol sales are restricted by local regulations. Customers are advised to check their local dry day listings before availing of the deal.
• Availability of specific brands of alcoholic beverages is subject to change. If a particular brand is not available at a given point in time, a different brand of equal or superior quality will be served instead.
